Terms and Conditions 

Arriving on time to your appointment ensures adequate time to perform scheduled services. For massage and spa treatments please arrive 10 mins prior to booking time for intake and consultation. This ensures your full treatment time is spent on you. 

*It is a requirement for our Clients to inform us if they are pregnant, have a skin condition, allergies or receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. If in doubt, please seek medical advice prior to using our service. Whilst we will take all due care in performing your services, we are not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of the consumers own negligence.

24-hour Cancelation policy

Please be mindful when booking. 

* Note-  A cancellation fee of 50% of service applies to no-shows and cancellations made in less than 24 hours from scheduled booking time.

 A gift certificate number will secure your appointment. We acknowledge that from time to time it can-not be helped, however consider if you are unable to attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your time slot or forfeit your deposit will be forfeited. If available, we may be able to offer you another time on the same day to help you otherwise it will be considered a last-minute cancellation. You will be sent a SMS to confirm your booking.
